Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 444bb ("444bb", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 444bb website, mobile-browser platform, all associated services, and any promotional offers made available to you (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 444bb and is directed at adult users in Bangladesh. By accessing, registering on, or continuing to use the 444bb Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

444bb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain a 444bb account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times. 444bb reserves the right to request documentation confirming your eligibility at any point during your use of the Platform.

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and must be accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information. Any false or misleading information provided during or after registration is grounds for immediate account termination without refund of funds.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of 444bb, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any winnings generated from duplicate accounts may be voided.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services on the 444bb Platform, you are required to create a registered account using a valid Bangladesh mobile number. 444bb will use this number as your primary account identifier and for the purposes of sending one-time verification codes and account security notifications.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. 444bb will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 444bb immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• You must keep your registered mobile number and any other contact details up to date. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in account restrictions.
• 444bb may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation, including a valid government-issued national identity card, to verify your identity before processing larger withdrawal requests or in response to suspicious account activity.
• 444bb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms is detected. Funds held in accounts closed for breach of Terms may be withheld pending investigation.
• Accounts which remain inactive (no login and no transaction) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 444bb will attempt to contact you on your registered mobile number before any dormancy classification is applied.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

444bb supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (Rocket), and standard bank transfer to and from selected Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 444bb does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit cap, though 444bb reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to unusually large deposits.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 444bb account instantly upon successful completion of the transaction on the respective mobile banking platform. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during banking hours.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of your 444bb account pending investigation.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per request. 444bb does not charge a fee on standard withdrawal requests to bKash or Nagad. Fees may apply to certain bank transfer withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests to bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 20 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing times.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the 444bb account. 444bb reserves the right to request documentary proof of ownership of the destination payment account before releasing funds.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be removed from your withdrawable balance at the time of withdrawal. Only cleared, wagered funds form part of the withdrawable balance.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

444bb offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spin promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus is available once per user, per promotion period.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) as specified on each individual offer page. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• 444bb reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has been credited to your account, any unmet wagering requirements attached to that bonus will be removed along with the bonus balance.
• Abuse of bonuses — including the opening of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, the use of third-party funds to qualify for a deposit bonus, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will expire as stated in the promotion terms, typically within 7 days of issuance. Expired free spins cannot be reinstated.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 444bb Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, withholding of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

• Opening more than one account or accessing the Platform using another person's registered account credentials, with or without that person's knowledge or consent.
• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, data scrapers, or any form of artificial intelligence or machine learning tool to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted by 444bb.
• Colluding with other players, manipulating game outcomes, exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities, or engaging in any form of cheating that gives an unfair advantage over other players or over the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source. 444bb is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software, security infrastructure, or proprietary game content.

6. Responsible Gaming

444bb is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content from the 444bb Platform may be reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of 444bb.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444bb, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if 444bb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your inability to access the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party service failures, or telecommunications infrastructure issues beyond 444bb's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform that may contain errors or inaccuracies. While 444bb takes reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, sports data and odds are provided in real time and may occasionally be subject to correction.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

444bb collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 10. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 444bb's jurisdiction of operation. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team should be submitted in writing to 444bb at [email protected]. 444bb will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
